Kebab Dudes is now looking for an engaged and service-oriented cold kitchen assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of salads and cold dishes.
- Handling and storage of food according to current hygiene requirements.
- Preparation of vegetables, sauces, and other accompaniments.
- Ensuring high quality and presentation of the food.
- Collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a cold kitchen assistant or similar work in restaurants and large kitchens is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle stress.
Employment Type:
Full-time, permanent position with an initial probationary period.
Workplace:
Kebab Dudes, Stockholm.
