We are now looking for two new colleagues to our team at Lugnetgymnasiet!

The Service Administration is Falu Municipality's provider of internal service and ancillary services according to a FM concept, as well as responsible for local supply and management of most of the municipality's properties. Our task is to support the municipality's various operations by providing appropriate and functional premises, tasty and nutritious meals, vehicles and transport services with several ancillary services. Falu Municipality is the leading public employer in the region when it comes to developing FM services and support based on BIM. This development takes place both in construction and management.

Eating habits and attitudes towards food are often established at a young age. Good and nutritious food provides good conditions for development and a healthy and active life. Meals of good quality are important to increase children's and young people's conditions for learning and to benefit from the educational activities. We who are employed within the Service Administration work to ensure that children and students are offered good and nutritious food cooked with a big heart.

We are looking for a Head Cook for our kitchen at Lugnetgymnasiet!

We are looking for an energetic head cook on a full-time basis for our kitchen at Lugnetgymnasiet. Together with three colleagues, you will produce food for approx. 1000 students. We are looking for you who will be responsible for the daily work in the kitchen and who can ensure the quality of the delivery while leading the work team with inspiration, motivation and creativity as a guiding star. We expect you to put the best service first. In addition to participating in the tasks in the kitchen yourself, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work and being responsible for all administration, e.g. statistics, orders and self-control.

Your main tasks will consist of: Pleasant customer contact, preparation of salads and dishes, allergy diets, cleaning, dishwashing, orders, documentation of digital self-control based on Haccp. You are the face outward to our food guests. Having the ability to greet the school's students and educators in a pleasant way is of great importance, and this is also an important part of the work that we see that you enjoy.

At need, other placements than just at Lugnetgymnasiet may be relevant. Even local maintenance assignments may occur in our full-time positions. We may have a need to replace other employees at different schools in the area in case of staff shortages.

Qualifications

For the role, the following is required:

• Education within large kitchen/restaurant or professional experience that the employer considers equivalent
• Leadership training or professional experience from work leadership that the employer considers equivalent
• Good computer skills, we use the computer as support in daily work
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing

Personal qualities

We are looking for you who can lead the work team with inspiration, motivation and creativity as a guiding star. You need to be able to put the best service first. As a supervisor, you will be involved in everything that happens in the kitchen. It is important that you as a person are flexible, independent and service-minded. We are looking for a skilled cook on a full-time basis for our kitchen at Lugnetgymnasiet. Together with three colleagues, you will produce food for the school.

The work is carried out and includes tasks such as lunch preparation, cleaning, dishwashing and documentation of self-control based on Haccp.

Terms of Employment

The positions are permanent full-time positions. Commencement by agreement. Working hours are scheduled Monday-Friday.
