We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our bar and ice cream team and contribute to creating wonderful moments for our guests. An important part of the experience for our guests is, of course, that they receive good, refreshing, and easily accessible drinks and ice cream. As a Bar and Ice Cream Staff Member, you will work in the heart of our holiday oasis at the destination, where you become an important part of keeping our guests happy and refreshed. You are responsible for serving refreshing drinks, scooping up fantastic ice cream creations according to our streamlined concept, and ensuring that cash handling functions efficiently. It also includes keeping things clean, washing dishes, and wiping tables to create a fresh and pleasant environment. At some destinations, the bar may also be the center for mood-lifting shows and quizzes, contributing to an even more enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

We always work with the guest experience in focus, and therefore flexibility is important – we would appreciate it if you are ready to support other areas at the destination when needed. Together, we work to make our guests' holiday a positive and memorable experience.

We would like you to have experience from bars, cafes, ice cream stands, or the service industry. Education in hospitality is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your personality!

We are looking for you who spread joy and energy, both to guests and colleagues. You have a positive attitude, can adapt quickly, and enjoy following a clear concept. In our team, it is important to keep the mood up and a smile on your lips, even when the queue winds long in the high summer heat.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English to take instructions and interact with our guests.

You must be over 20 years old. Having training in responsible alcohol service is a plus. You must be able to work independently but also function in a team.

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying scope (20-40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
