Activity Coordinator at O'Learys Borlänge

About the role: We are now looking for an enthusiastic and engaged Activity Host at O’Learys Borlänge. As the Activity Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that our activities run smoothly and that our guests have an outstanding experience every time they visit us. The role involves evening and weekend work.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that our activities deliver a 100% experience.
• Operational responsibility for all activities at the unit, including bowling, shuffleboard, darts, billiards, and arcade.
• Ensuring that all activities are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and order.
• Welcoming guests, handling bookings, and introducing guests to the activities.
• Supporting the bar with simple drink handling and serving drinks to the activities.
• Responsible for maintenance, restocking, and cleaning of all activities to ensure a high standard.

Desired experience and qualities:

• Experience from service professions such as reception, restaurant, or bar with good cash register skills.
• Advantageous experience from previous work with bowling or similar activities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under stress.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt to changing working conditions.
