We are looking for an experienced and passionate hot kitchen cook who wants to create memorable dining experiences at Trollkrogen in Gagnef.
At Trollkrogen restaurant, the guest experience is our priority. We are now looking for you with at least two years of experience in hot kitchen work who wants to join and develop our appreciated kitchen team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As a hot kitchen cook, you are a key person in the kitchen and are responsible for preparing dishes of high quality during both lunch and dinner service, as well as at parties and buffets.
We also work with menu development and strive for a seasonal kitchen where the ingredients are in focus.
Qualities we are looking for:
- At least two years of experience working in a hot kitchen.
- Passion for flavors, technique, and cooking as a craft.
- Structured and stress-resistant with a high sense of responsibility.
- A team player with a non-hierarchical attitude and an eye for detail.
