We are now looking for a technically skilled and solution-oriented key person to join our team at the Resource Centre. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for service at Batterigatan and Regionens Hus. The Role of Administrative Coordinator

You will work broadly with service and technical tasks within and around our operations. The role combines practical work with technical responsibility, where you, together with the team, ensure a well-functioning daily routine for our operations.

An increasingly important part of the assignment is working with digital meeting technology, where you contribute technical competence and ensure professional execution.

You are responsible for ensuring that our meeting and conference environments are well-prepared, functional, and operating smoothly, as well as providing technical support before, during, and after meetings and conferences.

The role also involves continuously handling inquiries, fault reports, and situations that arise during the day. You work both independently and together with colleagues and have significant personal responsibility to find solutions that contribute to the operation running smoothly and efficiently. You are expected to take own initiatives, stay ahead of the curve, and identify needs before they become problems.

The tasks include among other things:

Operation, management, and support of digital meeting technology
Recording and streaming as well as technical support at meetings and conferences
Case management, IT orders, as well as follow-up and handling of fault reports
Staffing in our shared functions (e.g., reception) as well as practical and building-related support when needed. Work in the evenings and on weekends may occur.

Your Future Workplace

The Resource Centre is a new operation under construction, based at the Regional Executive Office in Jönköping. We currently have operations at the Rosenlund area and Batterigatan.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have:

High school diploma or higher education
Good technical understanding and a strong interest in technology
Experience with digital meeting technology
Ability to take responsibility for technical solutions from planning to execution
An eye for challenges and see the opportunity in being part of our development journey
Very good knowledge of Swedish
Good knowledge of English and the ability to communicate effortlessly in technical contexts, both orally and in writing
Category B driver's license for manual cars
Swedish citizenship

It is meritorious if you have:

A few years of experience from a similar technical role
Experience working in needs-based or activity-based work environments

You are responsible and confident in your technical competence, but at the same time unpretentious and ready to support where needed. You thrive in a social role with many contact surfaces and are motivated by providing good service to both colleagues and visitors. You appreciate variation in work and find it easy to switch between working independently and collaborating with others. You work in a structured manner, have a good ability to prioritize, and can create an overview even when several tasks are ongoing simultaneously.

With a solution-oriented approach, you handle both planned tasks and the questions that arise during the day. We also believe that you are attentive to details, see what needs to be done, and take initiatives to create well-functioning environments and meetings. For you, it is natural to combine technical responsibility with practical support when the situation requires it.

Personal suitability is given great weight. Security clearance may become relevant.
