What We Are Building NowThis autumn, 0TO9 is launching a new vertical within mortgage lending. We have a CEO and a Chief Credit Officer in place and are now looking for you to help build the rest. Unlike a standalone startup, we already have the infrastructure, network, and expertise in place – the things that normally take years to build. This means we can move fast and start with the right prerequisites.

About the RoleAs a Senior Mortgage Advisor & Sales Lead at 0TO9, you are not just a mortgage advisor; you are a central part of how we build our business and our culture. You drive sales, handle customers with high quality, and help lay the foundation for a team we have not yet hired.
This is a highly operational role with clear ownership and a clear next step: to eventually lead and build a sales team.
- Responsible for the entire mortgage process: from first contact to disbursement.
- Build relationships with customers and partners.
- Drive sales and contribute to reaching our goals from day one.
- Establish structures and processes that scale with us.
- Maintain close dialogue with management and help shape how we do things.
- Eventually recruit and lead a team of advisors.
- Has 2–5 years of experience in mortgages, credit granting, or similar.
- Has experience in mortgage advisory with a SwedSec license.
- Is hungry, results-oriented, driven, and enjoys taking initiative.
- Is accustomed to handling customers professionally and with a high service level.
- Is ego-free and comfortable working in an early-stage environment.
- Is a natural team player who can also work independently.
- Has an interest in growing into a leadership role.
- Background from a bank, mortgage institute, or mortgage brokerage.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization.
- A key role in a company that is currently being formed.
- Direct access to and collaboration with the CEO and Chief Credit Officer.
- Opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager role as the team expands.
