About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position starting immediately, initially for a period of six months with the ambition of becoming permanent, provided all parties are satisfied. You will become a key person in managing and developing customer relationships while ensuring a high level of service quality every day.

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be our first point of contact for customers via both phone and email, always with a professional and friendly approach. You will provide support and advice on products and services, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently. Furthermore, you will be responsible for achieving your personal goals while contributing to the department's overall success. While it is important that you work according to clear routines and instructions, equal emphasis is placed on being flexible and self-reliant in your work.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
  • Has prior work experience in customer service
  • Has very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as these are used in daily work
  • Is comfortable using computers and various systems

The following qualifications are a plus:

  • Experience in a similar customer service role with associated administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of case management systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar

For this role, we highly value your personal qualities. We are looking for a service-oriented person who can maintain a high service level and handle cases efficiently, always with a focus on delivering professional service. You should be communicative and able to express yourself clearly and directly. Furthermore, it is important that you are meticulous and organized, with the ability to correctly handle and register customer data and other relevant information.

Additional Information

  • Start: Immediate, according to agreement
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, working hours between 08:00–17:00, Monday – Friday
  • Contract: Initially six months, with very good prospects for extension/permanent hire provided all parties are satisfied
  • Location: Sollentuna
  • Important: Background checks will be conducted upon potential employment
