About the role

Anticimex is looking for a new employee with a focus on customer service and finance. Anticimex is a global company working with damage prevention services for both private individuals and businesses.

In this role, you will have a varied daily routine where you combine customer service with administrative and finance-related tasks. You will become part of a friendly and engaged customer service team, playing a key role as a link between customers and internal operations.

The role requires a service-minded attitude, attention to detail, and an interest in finance. We are looking for someone who is engaged, structured, and has a strong drive to always provide the best possible service to the customer. You thrive in customer contact, have a positive attitude, and contribute to good teamwork.

This is a consultancy position where you will be employed by us at Academic Work and work at Anticimex. Initially, the work will be based at the office in Västberga, followed by a planned office relocation.

Working hours: 08:00–16:30

Responsibilities

  • Handle and support finance-related tasks linked to invoicing, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers, both business clients and private individuals, via incoming phone calls.
  • Update and correct customer data and handle assignments.
  • Schedule and book customer visits, as well as perform updates and searches of cases.

We are looking for you who

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Have completed upper secondary education (high school).
  • Have basic knowledge in finance or invoicing.
  • Are able to communicate professionally and fluently in Swedish and English.
  • Have good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new business systems.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience with the business systems IFS or LIME.
  • Post-secondary education in finance or administration.
  • Experience working with large and business-critical customer accounts.
