We at Asta Agency are partnering with the company in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment with the possibility of employment with the client. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at the client's site.
About the RoleAs a Support Technician, you will become part of a cohesive team. Here, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders in an open, flat hierarchy culture with a strong sense of teamwork. The role is dynamic and varied, as you are expected to provide support in areas such as Office 365, MS Office, Windows, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, WiFi, security, backup, Active Directory, and Mac for the client's business.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality support via phone, email, and chat for end-users at the client.
Deliver solutions for cases involving technical questions or issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using remote control and automation tools.
Participate in improvement processes for incident, change, and problem management.

Additionally, we would like you to:
Have at least one year of experience in either technical support or customer service.
Demonstrate strong motivation and interest in developing within IT and working with larger customers.
Have a strong customer focus, be service-oriented, strongly solution-focused, social, and have a positive attitude.
Be fluent in both Swedish and English.
Start: August
Location: Stockholm
Scope: Full-time
Salary: According to agreement
