About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become an important part of a small, close-knit team. You will support customers throughout the entire purchase journey and ensure that their questions regarding orders and products are answered with high quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

The role involves independently driving and resolving customer cases digitally with a focus on fast and personal service in all parts of e-commerce, from purchase to delivery and returns.

  • Handle customer cases via case management systems and digital channels
  • Answer questions regarding order flows and delivery status
  • Guide customers on matters concerning payment services and invoicing
  • Handle complaints and return cases efficiently
  • Suggest and contribute to the development of internal processes and solutions

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good knowledge of Swedish
  • Can communicate accurately and effectively in writing and has experience in this
  • Has good technical understanding and can quickly get up to speed with new systems
  • Has experience from service, preferably from customer service
  • Has good structure and is used to handling many cases in parallel
  • Has experience with case management in digital environments

It is an advantage if you have

  • An interest in outdoor activities
  • Experience working in any of the case management systems Dixa, Imbox, or Zendesk
  • Previous experience from e-commerce logistics or warehouse management systems

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Have drive and "get things done" in the case flow
  • Are thorough but also efficient in high volume
  • Dare to question and contribute with improvement suggestions
  • Have an interest in the development of processes and working methods
