Do you want a central role in leading and coordinating the operational work within Swedavia's Customer Service Contact Center? We are now looking for an engaged and responsible shift leader who wants to contribute to an efficient operation, ensure high quality in daily work, and create good conditions for the team to achieve common goals.
What does the role entail? As a shift leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the work within the Contact Center. The role involves a supervisory responsibility without personnel management duties, aiming to ensure efficient, quality-assured, and customer-oriented operations.
The role includes among other things:
- Leading, prioritizing, and distributing daily work across all Contact Center functions (Customer Service, Central Announcements, and Parking).
- Ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with established standards, procedures, and customer agreements.
- Mentoring, training, and coaching employees.
- Actively working with process monitoring and quality assurance, as well as identifying and handling deviations and improvement needs.
- Coordinating and planning staffing for the department.
The position involves varying working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Who are you? We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working in customer service with a focus on parking.
- Education and experience from working in Passenger Service.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working as a shift leader, coordinator, or similar role within customer service.
We are looking for you who are communicative, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. You are organized, self-initiative, and take responsibility for your tasks while contributing to good cooperation and a well-functioning operation.
