Account Manager – Stockholm – NOVO IT

About the Role
NOVO IT is a modern IT partner with offices on Sveavägen in Stockholm. They help companies create smart and flexible work environments through innovative IT solutions – everything from license management and cloud services to digital infrastructure and lifecycle management. They are now looking for an Account Manager who wants to help grow the company's customer base from A to Z.
This is a role where your personality and drive weigh heavier than your experience. If you have the right attitude, you will learn the rest – and NOVO IT will give you the tools to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and processing new customers
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings
- Drive the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal
- Build long-term and profitable customer relationships
- Present and sell NOVO IT's wide range of IT solutions and services
Conditions
- Employment type: Direct hire – you will be employed directly by NOVO IT
- Location: Sveavägen, Stockholm
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
- Work model: Office First – you base your work from the office and are there for the majority of working hours when not on customer meetings
- Start: Around August 10th
We are looking for someone who
- Has a natural sales drive and hunger to succeed
- Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid to make the first contact
- Is comfortable with the entire sales cycle – or eager to learn it
- Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Has a genuine interest in IT and technology – or is quick to learn about it
Important to know – we do not require long experience. The most important thing is who you are, not what you have done. If you compensate with the right drive, right attitude, and willingness to fight, you are exactly who we are looking for.
