We are seeking an enthusiastic sales assistant for our showroom in Rosersberg. Here, you will work in an inspiring environment where you help both beginners and experienced musicians find the right equipment. You will become a key part of the team and contribute to creating a first-class customer experience every day.

This is more than a traditional retail job. Your responsibilities

• Provide personal service and guidance to our customers
• Work with sales and cash handling
• Handle Click & Collect orders and product pickup
• Restock items and ensure the showroom is always well-organized and inspiring
• Contribute to creating a positive experience for all visitors

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented, responsible, and enjoys meeting people
• Has a genuine interest in music and musical equipment
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others
• Is solution-oriented and has an eye for order and details
• Enjoys taking initiative and wants to be part of developing the business

Previous experience from retail, sales, or customer service is meritorious but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on your personality, your engagement, and your willingness to learn.

Meritorious qualifications

• Forklift license
• Experience from the music industry or music retail
• Category B driver's license
