Do you want to build a career within sales and the automotive industry?

Do you have a drive to develop, enjoy talking to people, and are motivated by closing deals? Then this could be your path into one of Sweden's fastest-growing online car dealers.

As a Junior Car Salesperson / Winback Salesperson, you will become an important part of our sales team. You will primarily work with customers who have previously shown interest in a car or been in contact with us, but have not yet completed their purchase. Your task is to build trust, follow up, find the right solution, and guide the customer all the way to the deal.

The typical monthly salary for our Junior Car Salespeople / Winback Salespeople is approximately 30,000–70,000 SEK+. The compensation consists of a fixed salary + commission, and your salary is directly influenced by the number of completed deals as well as the sale of our add-ons (e.g., warranty, extra wheels, and paint protection). For the right person, there are great opportunities to develop further into a full-time Car Salesperson with even higher income potential.

You work with warm leads and previous customer contacts in a digital sales process. Through quick feedback, professional advice, and great engagement, you help customers find their way back to their car purchase.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

  • Have previous experience in sales, customer service, or other customer contact (meritorious but not a requirement).
  • Be driven, disciplined, and motivated by achieving goals.
  • Enjoy building relationships and establishing trust with customers.
  • Have a genuine interest in sales and preferably also cars.
  • Be persistent and enjoy following up with customers until the deal is closed.
  • Be a team player who wants to contribute to the team's common results.
  • Find it easy to work in a structured manner and at a high pace.
