About the role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email while delivering world-class service.

In practice, this involves everything from order processing, providing information about our products, offering tips and advice to customers, to supporting and assisting customers in our webshop. It is a varied role that includes sales contacts, administration, and problem-solving. You will be a key player, both internally and externally, in order to support both your colleagues and our customers.

This position is based at our office in Stockholm, where you will work alongside four other colleagues on our GAMA brand and their customers. The team is part of our Customer Service & Support team, which consists of five additional colleagues specializing in customer service, inside sales, and product specialists. All report to our Customer Service & Support Manager for Sweden.

Your profile

As a person, you are engaged and driven. You are passionate about helping others and find it easy to collaborate, bringing joy and positivity to the team. You are accustomed to a strong customer focus, have a pleasant demeanor, and a high sense of service.

Work in customer service can be hectic. Therefore, it is important that handling high workloads periodically comes naturally to you and that you see it as part of your job to also handle dissatisfied customers.

You work in a structured manner, use the phone as your primary tool, and have an easy time understanding and absorbing information and new working methods. Things happen quickly at our company, so a positive attitude towards change is essential.

Required experience:

  • Experience from the dental industry, preferably with good product knowledge (e.g., as a dental hygienist or dental nurse).
  • Professional experience within customer service and sales.
  • Procurement experience within the dental industry is a plus.
  • Experience with business systems, case management systems, and webshops is a plus.
  • Good phone etiquette and very good computer skills.
  • Proficient user of the Office suite.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
