As Customer Support/Inbound Sales Representative, you are a vital link between HomeMaid and our customers. Both existing and potential customers will receive warm and professional service from you via phone and email. With empathy and proactivity, you respond to inquiries, anticipate needs, create personalized quotes, handle schedule changes, and follow up to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. Additionally, you will actively take the initiative to contact potential customers based on inquiries and leads. With your engagement and ability to build relationships, you will expand our customer network and help shape HomeMaid's success in the market. You are also a supportive colleague who is there to help and support your coworkers when needed. This is a valuable contribution to a strong collaborative culture and a positive work environment. You will be working with:

• Driving profitability within your area of responsibility
• Actively contributing to the development of the office and the business
• Supporting customers via phone and email
• Creating and sending quotes
• Following up, analyzing, and maintaining statistics on sales and delivery
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers
• Driving upselling/cross-selling
• Handling other tasks related to customers/business

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Previous experience in sales, customer contact, and administration
• Good computer and system proficiency, preferably experience with LIME
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver's license

About the position:

Primarily, your working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays occur.

The team currently consists of several internal office staff, Sales Representatives, Team Leaders, and Service Assistants.

Location: Home office, Solna Stockholm

Employment: 100%, 6-month probationary period.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed.
