The Role of High School Teacher with Us

We are looking for a teacher for our Sales and Service program who wants to contribute to creating a modern, relevant, and inspiring education. You will teach courses in sales and service and be an important part of the students' development towards further studies, work, and an active professional life. The role involves planning, implementing, and following up on teaching, as well as actively collaborating with colleagues, working life, and other functions within the school.

Your Profile

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom with a genuine interest in the development and learning of young people. Through your strong relational leadership, you build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners. You see each student's strengths and opportunities and work inclusively, solution-focused, and with high expectations to create the best possible conditions for learning and development.

You are driven, proactive, and engaged in developing both the teaching and the operations as a whole. You see changes and new ways of working as opportunities, and you are motivated by being part of creating a modern and relevant education. Collaboration is a clear success factor for you, and you actively contribute to a positive, developmental, and non-hierarchical work environment where you work together for the benefit of the students. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. We place great importance on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified high school teacher or has experience and competence that the employer considers equivalent.
• Has good knowledge within sales, service, and customer handling.

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer a permanent full-time position starting August 17th or as agreed.
