Your responsibilities

We are looking for a teacher for Eldsberga School.

As a teacher in wood and metal crafts (slöjd), you will help develop the school's pedagogical activities. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills in teaching. You have high expectations of the students and can motivate them to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements.

You adapt your teaching to the students and have a formative approach. Your pedagogical role often requires ingenuity, creativity, and flexibility, and you use strategies to promote student motivation, participation, and influence.

You collaborate easily and see the work team as an asset. Together with the team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop teaching based on the school's steering documents and goals. The work also requires collaboration with other colleagues at the school. As a teacher, you must have a good ability to analyze the student's needs and the ability to use methodology well adapted to the individual student and the group.

Your qualifications

Teacher certification with eligibility to teach crafts (slöjd), or a strong interest in the subject of crafts.
