As a residential support worker at Sverkilsvägen, you provide individualized and pedagogical support to care recipients within the autism spectrum. Through a low-affective approach and clear pedagogical methods, such as visual aids and fixed structures, you create a safe and predictable daily life. The work is guided by Nytida's core values of respect, responsibility, simplicity, and knowledge, with the goal of promoting the individual's independence and quality of life.

Daily tasks include supporting care recipients with practical chores such as cleaning, cooking, and personal hygiene, based on their specific implementation plans. You motivate them to engage in meaningful leisure activities and handle ongoing social documentation in the operational system. As a contact person, you have an in-depth responsibility for implementation plans and collaborate closely with colleagues, licensed staff, and the care recipient's network.

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant, support educator, or have other education and experience assessed as equivalent for the target group. You have good knowledge of Swedish for secure documentation, and we consider it a strong merit if you also speak Arabic or English. As a person, you are calm, stable, and confident in the low-affective working method. You are receptive to alternative communication, have strong collaboration skills, and are flexible in the face of changed conditions in daily life. The position involves varying working hours during the day, evening, weekend, and on-call duties.
