About the Position

Släbro School has preschool classes, grades 1-6, and after-school care activities. Approximately 440 students participate in the activities. The operations are organized in teams. The students and classes are currently located both at Släbro School F-3 and in the old Oppeby School, now called Släbro 4-6, just next door. During the upcoming school year, we will move into a completely new school building where everyone will be under the same roof. In total, we are approximately 60 people working within the school unit.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a primary school teacher with a focus on after-school care/recreation pedagogue for Släbro School. You will be part of one of our teams in our after-school care activities, where you are expected to actively contribute with a solution-oriented and result-oriented approach. You will actively participate in the development of the activities with the student in focus. Our work is based on the after-school care activities with the curriculum as a starting point, where break-time activities are an important part that creates safety and well-being for our students. Together with the school staff, you build safety around the students' entire school day.

Qualifications

You are a trained primary school teacher with a focus on after-school care or recreation pedagogue.

We are looking for you who have a big heart for students and their needs, an inclusive mindset, and the ability to see how the individual student's needs are best met. You have a good ability to work with safety and study environment. You have good collaboration skills and a good attitude towards students and guardians.
