ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a teacher for the Electricity and Energy programme at Tannbergsskolan in Lycksele.

Welcome to Tannbergsskolan, Southern Lapland's leading educational centre with a wide range of upper secondary education, ski gymnasium, adult education, and adapted school for young people and adults. The school is located close to nature and mountain experiences, and a new multi-purpose court is just around the corner.

The position involves teaching in electricity courses on the Electricity and Energy programme. Competence in energy technology is an advantage. The position also includes other usual duties associated with the teaching profession. Other courses may be considered depending on your subject combination.

At Tannbergsskolan, we work with the starting point that the student is always in focus, and as a teacher, you have close collaboration with the student health service. You are part of a team with other employees on the programme where collaboration and a shared approach are important.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe in the right competence in the right place.

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher with a teaching license in the area, or alternatively have substantial experience/education with equivalent competence. Experience from pedagogical work is an advantage.

We are looking for teachers who put the student in focus and who feel a great commitment to the teaching profession. It is important that you have good social competence and a good approach, towards both students and guardians as well as employees. You should have good collaboration skills as well as the will and interest to collaborate in work teams and subject teams. It is also positive if you are interested in working with collegial learning and striving to strengthen the sense of "we" within the work group and the organization.
