DUTIES

The position is located at Högalidskolan, grades 4-9. You will work with study and career guidance for the students at Högalidskolan and collaborate with other study and career counselors in the municipality. The role also includes developing, implementing, and establishing municipality-wide routines, support materials, and methods for study and career guidance in Kiruna Municipality for all grades within the comprehensive school. The work is carried out in collaboration with relevant staff within the comprehensive school and in dialogue with other study and career counselors. The work includes producing and providing information as well as supporting other staff in their work with study and career guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a degree in study and career counseling and have experience working as a study and career counselor. You have good knowledge of the Swedish education system and the labor market, as well as experience with investigative tasks, preferably within the comprehensive school. You are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, and you are good at collaboration.
