About the job
As a Senior IDQ Developer within Master Data at LFAB, you will become a key player in our agile team handling customer information for the entire Länsförsäkringar group. You will be responsible for developing and improving solutions within Informatica IDQ, modeling business rules, and enhancing the quality of information and data flows. You will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues, business developers, and data stewards – contributing technical expertise in both strategic and operational matters. Here you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of working methods and technical solutions, with room for innovation and your own initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, maintain, and improve solutions within Informatica IDQ.
• Model and implement business rules as well as quality assure complex information flows.
• Map and analyze information requirements in collaboration with the business.
• Identify and integrate data from various sources and systems.
• Ensure compliance and information security related to master data and data flows.
• Document and further develop processes for data integration and data quality management.
• Participate in incident and change management as well as process improvement work.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, planning, and demos within the team.

The following qualifications will make you successful in this role:

• Academic education in IT, computer science, system development, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in development using Informatica IDQ (experience with Informatica IDMC is advantageous).
• Good experience with Informatica Developer Tool and Analyst Tool, including data profiling, pattern analysis, and remediation of non-compliant data.
• Experience in standardization, cleansing, deduplication, and integration of data between IDQ, ETL flows, and data warehouses.
• Good understanding of information modeling, optimization of data flows, and business rules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and analyze areas for improvement.
• Experience with incident and change management, process documentation, and large data environments.
• Very good communication skills in English and basic knowledge of Swedish.

Advantageous qualifications also include:

• Experience with Informatica IDMC and automation of data quality processes.
• Experience working with business-critical solutions involving large data volumes and high performance requirements.
• Competence in master data management, information modeling, or data governance.
• Experience using AI or ML in data quality work.
• Worked with agile methods and driven improvement initiatives.
