You will step into a business-critical transformation program at a player in the energy sector, where a new Salesforce solution is to be quality assured before going live. Here, you will have tactical responsibility for planning, leading, and coordinating the combined testing efforts end-to-end, with a particular focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

The role suits you if you thrive close to both business operations and delivery, where you create structure in complex testing flows and ensure the solution meets requirements, process goals, and quality criteria. You collaborate closely with project management, platform owners, and external vendors to align testing strategy, environments, test data, and follow-up. • You establish and further develop an overarching testing strategy as well as detailed test plans for BAT and UAT.
• You lead the work of creating business-oriented test cases based on to-be processes and defined requirements.
• You plan, prioritize, and drive the daily testing work together with internal testers, superusers, and business specialists.
• You coordinate preparations related to test environments, test data, and other dependencies before and during the testing phases.
• You are responsible for the defect reporting process, including prioritization, escalation, and verification of fixed defects in close collaboration with the vendor.
• You synchronize testing efforts with project managers, the Platform Development Lead, and the vendor's test lead, and contribute to the coordination of integrated tests such as SIT.

• Documented experience in planning and leading acceptance tests in large, business-critical system projects.
• Deep understanding of testing methodology and agile quality assurance.
• Experience with testing tools and Microsoft DevOps.
• Ability to motivate, train, and lead business resources who do not have testing as their primary task.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with testing in Salesforce projects.
