About the role
We are currently looking for a Property Caretaker to work for our client in Huddinge. As a Property Caretaker, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and an important part of daily life in the area. Your responsibilities will include handling maintenance requests, performing minor repairs, and carrying out ongoing maintenance of properties and outdoor areas. The role involves a high degree of independence, while you work closely with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers. You will become part of a team of approximately 15 people who are jointly responsible for the properties around Huddinge, based out of the client's local offices.
Typical responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for tenants and contribute to high tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular rounds of the properties to ensure everything is in good condition.
- Handle maintenance requests and perform minor upkeep and repairs.
- Order materials and services as needed and follow up on minor measures.
- Participate in apartment inspections during move-in and move-out.
- Participate in systematic fire safety work (SBA).
- Manage minor projects and measures in and around the properties.
- Support contact with contractors as needed and handle minor invoice documentation.
- Assist with authority inspections and ensure measures are carried out.
Assignment period and scope:
The position of Property Caretaker is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on August 3, 2026, and is expected to last at least until the turn of the year.
Working hours are:
- Monday-Thursday 07:30-17:00
- Fridays 07:30-12:00
Requirements for the role:
- Three-year upper secondary school program or equivalent.
- Category B driver's license.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role – for example, as a Property Caretaker, Property Host, Caretaker, Property Technician, or Repairman.

Qualifications that are meritorious:
- Practical knowledge within electricity, plumbing, ventilation, construction, or carpentry.
- Experience with customer contact and service work.
- Experience with the property management system Fast2.

You are practical, self-motivated, and take responsibility for your tasks, while also possessing good problem-solving skills and being meticulous in your work. Furthermore, you collaborate well with both colleagues and contractors and contribute to a functional and positive work climate.
