About the assignment

We are currently looking for two building caretakers/maintenance technicians to work with property and business-related services for our client in Märsta. These are two full-time positions running from 2026-10-01 to 2027-03-31, with the possibility of extension for six (6) months. Working hours are weekdays 08:00-16:27. If you proceed in the process, it is important to be available for interviews during weeks 35 and 36.

This is a consultancy assignment via Bemannia.

Your responsibilities

• Office service/internal service work
• Pick up and receive goods and packages
• Move-out inspections and assist in planning scheduled maintenance
• Supervision of external and internal maintenance of storage areas
• Conduct troubleshooting regarding the property, report and follow up on faults together with the property owner and our internal property manager
• Receive and, if necessary, escort craftsmen/contractors in the building
• Document measures, follow up on orders
• Patrols and measures in the storage environment (for preventive purposes)
• Work in case management systems (internal property system)
• Internal transport between properties, e.g., internal mail
• Responsible for environmental stations linked to the storage environment
• Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and supervision

Your qualifications

• At least three (3) years of work experience as a caretaker
• Class B driver's license
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of case management systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work full-time during the period 2026-10-01 to 2027-03-31, and be available for interviews during weeks 35 and 36.
