Job Description

As a Maintenance Mechanic in meat production, you are responsible for ensuring that our client's machinery and technical systems operate optimally. Your work consists of both repairs and preventive maintenance, where you troubleshoot, analyze, and rectify technical faults to minimize downtime and maximize production reliability. You will work with everything from lubrication, repairs, and overhauls to driving mechanical improvements.

Together with a dedicated maintenance team, you will contribute to an efficient and structured workflow. Collaboration within the team is important – we support each other, share knowledge, and work together to find solutions when challenges arise. We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology, mechanics, and manufacturing, and who thrive in a role where quality is prioritized over quantity. Working Hours: Daytime

Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing machinery and technical equipment
• Carrying out planned, preventive maintenance
• Follow-up and documentation of completed work
• Identification and reporting of technical deviations
• Contributing to improvement work that enhances safety, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience with operational maintenance, repairs, and service tasks
• Basic computer literacy
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
