Radea is now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Project Manager within ventilation and OVK (Ventilation Control Check) for our office in Stockholm.

Here, you will become an important part of our team where collaboration, customer focus, and a high level of service spirit are the foundation of our work. In this role, you are responsible for driving and developing projects from the initial customer contact through to implementation and follow-up.

About the role

As a Project Manager at Radea, you work with customer relations, project management, and business development within ventilation and OVK. You plan and drive multiple projects in parallel and serve as a reliable point of contact for our customers throughout the entire process.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience driving and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and thrives on taking ownership from start to finish.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has the ability to see both the details and the big picture in a project.
• Is communicative and enjoys building long-term relationships with customers, boards, and property owners.
• Works independently but appreciates collaboration in a small team where lack of hierarchy, engagement, and customer focus are second nature.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar roles targeting housing cooperatives, boards, and property owners, preferably within multi-family housing.
• Basic knowledge of ventilation and/or radon.
• Experience in project management and sales within the real estate sector.
• Experience with balancing/adjusting ventilation systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
