Pool & Spa Technician Wanted at SWIIM – Help Build the Future of Our Service Department

At SWIIM, we are now looking for an experienced pool technician who wants to become a key player as we continue to expand our pool business. Today, we are one of Sweden's leading players in hot tubs and swim spas, and now we want to take the next step – together with the right person.

About SWIIM

SWIIM has been around since 2011 and today we have two stores in Stockholm – Täby and Haninge. We sell, install, and service some of the market's leading brands in hot tubs, swim spas, and accessories. We have built our company through high service standards, knowledgeable staff, and a genuine interest in what we do.

Today, we are 8 people in the company and work closely together in a tight-knit team where everyone helps each other and takes responsibility. Here, we have a flat hierarchy, short decision-making paths, and great freedom under your own responsibility.

About the Role

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as a pool technician and feel confident in your profession. You will be an important part of our investment in pool service, while a large part of the work will also consist of service and repairs on hot tubs – something we will obviously train you in.

We hope that you not only want to learn from us, but also teach us. We are looking for someone who comes in with knowledge, ideas, and experience that will help us develop our business even further.

You will operate out of our main warehouse and workshop in Haninge, where our technicians gather every morning for planning. There you will find spare parts, service vehicles, and everything you need to do a really good job out at our customers' locations.

A B-category driver's license is required.
