About the role

Our client is a large international service company that offers integrated service solutions to various types of operations and properties. They focus on developing and optimizing workplace services to create well-functioning and sustainable environments.

In the role of Property Technician, you will be responsible for the operation of a large and complex facility. Together with your team, you ensure the technical functionality with a special focus on electricity, although other property technical aspects are also included. You will play a key role in handling both modern and older technology in a dynamic environment where your contribution makes a difference to daily operations. You will work closely with an experienced colleague.

Responsibilities

• Carry out corrective and planned maintenance.
• Continuously improve routines and working methods for property management.
• Analyze technical connections to ensure future operational development.
• Collaborate and communicate with the operation's staff and external suppliers on technical matters.
• Complement existing local adaptations with electrical installations.
• Eventually participate in lighting programming.

We are looking for you who

• Have a property technical or electrical technical education at least at the upper secondary level.
• Have basic competence for electrical installation.
• Have experience in operating complex facilities or larger properties.
• Have good computer skills.
• Have fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

• Good knowledge of English.
• Experience from more demanding environments such as laboratories, hospitals, or similar infrastructure.
• Knowledge of advanced integrated systems or lighting control.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling for electricity.
