About the role
Our client is a large international service company that offers integrated service solutions to various types of operations and properties. They focus on developing and optimizing workplace services to create well-functioning and sustainable environments.
In the role of Property Technician, you will be responsible for the operation of a large and complex facility. Together with your team, you ensure the technical functionality with a special focus on electricity, although other property technical aspects are also included. You will play a key role in handling both modern and older technology in a dynamic environment where your contribution makes a difference to daily operations. You will work closely with an experienced colleague.

Responsibilities
- Carry out corrective and planned maintenance.
- Continuously improve routines and working methods for property management.
- Analyze technical connections to ensure future operational development.
- Collaborate and communicate with the operation's staff and external suppliers on technical matters.
- Complement existing local adaptations with electrical installations.
- Eventually participate in lighting programming.
We are looking for you who
- Have a property technical or electrical technical education at least at the upper secondary level.
- Have basic competence for electrical installation.
- Have experience in operating complex facilities or larger properties.
- Have good computer skills.
- Have fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have
- Good knowledge of English.
- Experience from more demanding environments such as laboratories, hospitals, or similar infrastructure.
- Knowledge of advanced integrated systems or lighting control.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling for electricity.
