Frohe is now looking for a Service Technician who wants to become an important part of the operations. Here you will have a varied and developmental role where you are responsible for ensuring that production equipment functions optimally and contributes to safe and efficient production.

Your responsibilities

As a Service Technician at Frohe, you will have a varied job where you become a key part of daily production. You work both preventively and operationally to ensure that machines and production equipment maintain high operational reliability.

The work is varied; one day you perform planned maintenance, the next day you troubleshoot an urgent production stoppage or build robot grippers for production equipment.

This role suits you if you like working practically, solving technical problems, and taking responsibility.

You will among other things:

• Perform preventive service and maintenance of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
• Document performed service and maintenance work.
• Be responsible for the purchase of spare parts and service parts.
• Communicate with external service technicians and suppliers.
• Participate in improvement work.
• Build and adapt robot grippers and other peripheral equipment.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in technology and enjoy working practically. You are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and motivated by finding effective solutions when technical problems arise.

To be considered for the position, we see that you have:

• A high school education in technology, industry, or electricity, or a relevant higher vocational education (YH).
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in service, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and preferably electrical work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Electrical certification.
• Experience with robots or automation equipment.
• Experience with injection molding machines.
• Experience with Jeeves or other business/maintenance systems.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and meticulous. You thrive in a role where you get to plan your own work and make your own decisions. The work is physical and occasionally involves heavy lifting, which means you appreciate practical work where you get to use both your hands and your head.
