Fraimans Laundry in Bålsta is a modern and technically advanced industrial laundry. Our facilities and machinery are of high standard, and we continue to develop. We are now looking for an engaged and driven maintenance technician who wants to help ensure stable, efficient, and well-functioning production.

At our company, you work close to production and become an important part of daily operations. You have significant responsibility but collaborate closely with both colleagues and production staff to solve problems, improve working methods, and prevent downtime.

About the role

As a maintenance technician at Fraimans, you will work with both corrective and preventive maintenance. Our fleet of machinery is modern and technically sophisticated, making the role both varied and developmental.

The work includes among other things:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
• Perform maintenance on machines, buildings, and pellet boilers
• Work with preventive maintenance and contribute to better structure and routines
• Participate in and drive continuous improvement work together with production

You are expected to take responsibility for ensuring the work is done properly and that production runs as smoothly as possible.

Who are you

We are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and enjoys practical work. You take initiative, are curious, and have the drive to understand how things work and how they can be improved.

We see that you have:

• High school education
• Work experience in mechanics, electrical engineering, and automation
• Knowledge of PLC is a plus
• Ability to communicate well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Previous experience in an industrial environment is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
