About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager / Mechanic at Flinks Betonghåltagning AB, you will play a key role in our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our machines, tools, and equipment are in good condition, serviced, and ready for our projects in drilling, demolition, and special contracting. You will be involved from the start in our new premises in Länna.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair of machinery and equipment
• Preventive maintenance of the company's machinery fleet
• Manage warehouse and inventory control
• Order spare parts and consumables
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain order in the workshop and warehouse
• Handle the issuance and receipt of tools and machinery
• Perform basic welding and repair tasks
• Pick up and deliver tools to colleagues at their work sites as needed
• Assist with minor drilling tasks or provide support when needed

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in mechanical work
• Practical mindset and self-motivated
• Organized and able to plan your work
• Experience servicing construction machinery, vehicles, or similar equipment
• Valid driver's license (Category B); Category BE is a plus
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)

Qualifications That Are a Plus

• Experience from the construction or contracting industry
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, or welding
• Forklift license or experience operating heavy machinery
