ABOUT THE ROLE As a Service Technician, you work on-site at customer locations – where the action is.

You are responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of medical technology equipment related to sterilization and disinfection. This ranges from troubleshooting to preventive work and quality assurance.

In short: you ensure that the equipment works as it should – every day.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of equipment
• Service, troubleshooting, and repair
• Preventive maintenance and quality assurance
• Customer contact and on-site consultation
• Documentation of completed work

You work from home and plan much of your daily schedule yourself. The role involves travel, including approximately 20–40 overnight stays per year.

ABOUT YOU

We believe you have a technical foundation to stand on – but what really makes the difference is your attitude.

You enjoy solving problems, meeting people, and taking responsibility for your work. You don't need to know everything from day one – but you do need the willingness to learn.

We believe you have:

• Some form of technical background (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or similar)
• Experience in service, installation, or similar work (advantageous)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

And that you are:

• Solution-oriented and curious
• Social and confident in customer dialogue
• Independent but enjoy being part of a team
• Structured and responsible
