Ayva Consulting is now looking for several dedicated property caretakers for assignments with one of our clients in the Stockholm area during the summer season of 2026.

This is a consulting assignment with excellent opportunities for extension and future direct employment with our client for the right person.

Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker, you are responsible for the daily maintenance of residential and/or commercial properties. The tasks vary and include, among other things:

• Inspection and rounds of properties and common areas
• Handling and resolving reported defects
• Simple repairs and ongoing maintenance
• Service work according to work orders
• Contact with tenants and contractors
• Documentation of completed work in a digital system

Working Hours

Monday–Friday

07:00–16:00

Work Location

Stockholm County

We are looking for someone who has

• Class B driver's license
• At least two years of experience as a property caretaker or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Strong service orientation and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently, structured, and take personal responsibility

Merits

• Experience with simple carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work
• Experience with digital work order systems and defect reporting
• Experience from housing companies or commercial properties
