About the role

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling production processes in the facility. You will work in shifts and collaborate closely with process technicians, maintenance, and production teams to ensure stable and safe production. The role involves both practical tasks in the production environment and documentation according to company routines.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Monitor and control process equipment via control systems
• Perform daily checks, measurements, and deviation reporting
• Conduct troubleshooting and simple measures to secure production
• Participate in changeovers, startups, and test runs
• Ensure that work routines, safety regulations, and quality requirements are followed
• Maintain logbooks and update work documentation
• Contribute to improvement work and process efficiency
• Collaborate with maintenance during planned stops and measures

About you

We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable with shift work. You have a practical ability to quickly grasp technical processes and possess strong problem-solving skills. You are communicative and collaborate well with colleagues in a team-oriented approach.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Relevant vocational education or experience within process or production operations
• Experience working with monitoring and control systems (DCS/PLC) is an advantage
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and quality requirements in an industrial environment
• Ability to read technical instructions and documentation
• Good communication skills in Swedish; English is an advantage

You are structured, observant, and have a safety mindset in everything you do. You take initiative to improve work routines and share knowledge with colleagues. Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are appreciated.

Merits

• Experience from manufacturing industry or process industry
• Certificates or training in hot work, forklift, or gas measurement
• Technical background in electricity, mechanics, or automation
