NovaLys Elektriska AB is a newly established electrical installation company with over 10 years of combined experience in the electrical industry. We are certified by the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority (Elsäkerhetsverket) and offer electrical installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, charger installations, lighting, energy savings, and smart home solutions for private individuals, housing associations, and businesses throughout Greater Stockholm.

Headquartered in Botkyrka with a workshop in Tumba, we work with quality, security, and high service in every assignment. We are now looking for a service electrician who wants to be part of our continued growth journey.

You will work independently at our customers' locations throughout Greater Stockholm with a fully equipped service van. The role involves great freedom under responsibility while you become an important part of an engaged team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

As a service electrician, you will among other things:

• Install and service electrical panels, lighting, underfloor heating, chargers, and other electrical installations.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and rectify faults in electrical installations for private individuals, businesses, and housing associations.
• Conduct inspections and ensure that installations comply with current regulations and requirements.
• Plan your working days, prepare materials, and keep the service van well-organized.
• Perform preventive maintenance and work with maintenance agreements.
• Document performed work and follow up on assignments in the company's system.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for planning and carrying out your assignments in a safe, professional, and quality-conscious manner. You are the face of the company and build long-term relationships with customers through a pleasant approach and high service. You ensure that the work is performed according to current regulations and document performed work carefully.

Desired Profile:

• At least two years of experience as an electrician with a focus on service.
• Qualification/certification according to the requirements of the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority.
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Is structured and responsible; as you plan your working days yourself and are responsible for ensuring the work maintains high quality.
• Is solution-oriented and meticulous; as troubleshooting and varied tasks require you to analyze problems and find the right solution.
• Thrives in a growing company; as you will get to develop both the business and working methods together with your colleagues.

Meritorious if you:

• Have experience with the installation and service of chargers.
• Have worked with energy-saving solutions or smart homes.
• Have experience with maintenance agreements and preventive maintenance.
• Master English in speaking and writing.

Other:

• Start: As agreed, preferably as soon as possible.
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday.
• Location: Tumba/Botkyrka with customer assignments throughout Greater Stockholm.
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probation period.
