Luotea is now looking for shift technicians for our assignment at Södersjukhuset. We are responsible for the technical property management at one of the largest emergency hospitals in the Nordics, where operational reliability and rapid problem-solving are crucial.

About the role

As we develop our service delivery, we are moving from on-call standby to having staff on-site around the clock. As a technician, you will become a key person in our organization and work directly at Södersjukhuset to ensure that the building's technical systems function optimally – regardless of the time of day.

The role involves working according to a three-shift schedule (day, evening, and night) with an average working time of 34.5 hours per week.

You will work with troubleshooting, emergency measures, and preventive maintenance within building technical systems in a complex and critical environment.

Your responsibilities

• Handle emergency operational disruptions and technical problems

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the hospital's technical systems and equipment, such as ventilation, controls, cooling systems, plumbing, pipe post systems, etc.

• Ensure continuous operation of the hospital's critical functions

• Collaborate with other technicians and the hospital's operations

• Document and report performed actions according to established routines

Security-cleared workplace

Södersjukhuset is security-classified, so you will undergo a security clearance check prior to employment.

About you

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. You are a meticulous and quality-conscious person who is good at problem-solving. You work in a structured manner and are stress-resistant. Furthermore, a very good ability to collaborate and communicate is important – both with internal and external parties.

To succeed in the role, you need

• Relevant technical education and previous work experience in the field

• Experience from similar tasks, preferably within hospitals or healthcare environments

• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently - as well as in a team

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
