Eltel is growing rapidly and needs to strengthen our team in Stockholm with more project engineers 📐👷🏼‍♀️👷🏽‍♂️ Are you someone who thrives in a role with many contact points, where you get to lead complex fiber projects? What are my responsibilities? As a project engineer, you plan, design, and manage multiple fiber projects in parallel – both new installations and relocations. You prepare and create cost estimates for upcoming projects, lead and distribute work in the field, and conduct financial follow-ups. You ensure that projects are driven according to current guidelines and that the quality meets both Eltel's set goals and agreements with the customer. It is a varied role with many different contact points where you are responsible for complex projects (SE20).

Examples of tasks:

• Plan and prepare projects.
• Material ordering.
• Cost and revenue calculations.
• Prepare work instructions for execution personnel.
• Control and follow-up of completed work.
• Represent Eltel and our customers at meetings, e.g., coordination meetings.
• Be responsible for contact with authorities, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• A completed upper secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Category B driver's license.
• Education/experience related to contract law as well as BAS U/P, AMA codes, and TB texts.
• Experience in similar tasks.
• Experience in coordination management.

You thrive with many contacts, are good at building relationships, and find it easy to collaborate with different types of people. You are structured and flexible as you handle several projects in parallel. You are quick-thinking and can make independent decisions to drive the work and projects towards set goals.

Additional information

• The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Start date is by agreement.
