This is a role for you who enjoys switching between office work and on-site visits. Here, you are responsible for handling service cases from start to finish, and you are just as comfortable inspecting an apartment as you are driving a case to completion at your computer. Your Role

You have overall responsibility for fault reports and service cases, while also being out in the properties for inspections and technical follow-up approximately one day a week. The role requires independence and teamwork skills. You plan your own day but work closely with colleagues, property managers, and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and distribute fault reports and drive them to completion
• Conduct move-out, exchange, and maintenance inspections, as well as condition inspections of the property's common areas
• Register and follow up on maintenance in the property management system
• Monitor energy consumption and follow up on deviations
• Handle orders, keys, access tags, and booking systems

Who We Are Looking For

You are structured and self-motivated, thriving on taking responsibility and driving your cases to completion. You have a natural sense for service and understand the importance of clear communication with tenants, colleagues, and contractors. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to the team's overall success in an organization where roles sometimes blend together.

We are looking for someone with

• A few years of experience as a property technician/maintenance worker or in a similar role, with a focus on inspections and handling service cases
• Experience working with residential properties
• Familiarity with working in property management systems, experience with "Din Hyresvärd" is a plus
• Ability to plan and structure your own workday
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
