We are now looking for an Office Manager for Skellefteå and Umeå who wants to help develop Fire Safety Nordic together with engaged colleagues and long-term customers.

We are looking for an experienced fire consultant who wants to take the next step and combine leadership with assignments. About the Role

As Office Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the operations in Skellefteå. You create good conditions for the team and contribute to a way of working and a culture where people thrive, develop, and collaborate well. The role combines leadership with operational work in customer assignments, focusing on design, risk analyses, and fire protection work. You also contribute to the continued development of the business by building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. As part of the management group, you drive the business forward with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

About You

We are looking for you who have a degree as a fire engineer and several years of experience as a fire consultant. You have a business-minded approach and an understanding of what creates value for both customers and the business.

You are a confident person who thrives with responsibility and has a natural ability to build good relationships. With a structured work approach and good collaboration with others, you contribute to creating engagement and good results. If you also have an interest in developing people and teams, we believe you will thrive in this role.

Since the position involves travel, we require that you have a valid driver's license (Category B).

About the Employment
