Job Responsibilities

Do you want to give our youngest students a secure and inspiring start to their school journey?

As a teacher in year group F3, you will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for the students' continued schooling by creating secure, structured, and inspiring teaching. You work closely with the students in their early development and support them in discovering the joy of learning, developing new skills, and becoming confident in their school day. Together with engaged colleagues, you contribute to a positive learning environment where students get the right conditions to grow and reach their goals.

The responsibilities include among other things:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on current directives.
• Create a secure, clear, and supportive learning environment that promotes students' learning and social development.
• Work with early reading, writing, and mathematics learning through varied methods.
• Assess, document, and provide feedback on students' knowledge development.
• Adapt teaching to students' different needs and conditions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians to support students' development and the school's work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with good ability to plan, organize, and complete your tasks. You are stable in your professional practice and handle stress and changes in a professional and calm manner. As a person, you are relationship-building and gladly take initiative in meetings with both students and colleagues, which contributes to an open and positive climate. You are also collaborative, non-hierarchical, and find solutions together with others with a focus on the common goal.

Requirements for the position:

• Teacher certification with eligibility to teach in year groups F-3
• Current knowledge of directives, such as the curriculum, course plans, and assessment criteria
• Fluency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
