About the position

We are looking for an additional teacher for grades F-3 (preschool class to grade 3) during the recruitment process for a special needs teacher. The role involves responsibility for teaching younger students, up to grade 3. Building good relationships with students and colleagues is a key success factor for us – all students should feel safe and heard! As a teacher, you work together with your colleagues to inspire, stimulate, set demands, and create conditions for each student to develop based on their prerequisites and achieve good results. You are well-grounded in current regulations and work consciously with student influence and participation. Your work is based on a scientific foundation where you contribute to the school working towards established goals and driving pedagogical development forward.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are primarily looking for you who have teacher certification for F-3 with eligibility in mathematics and Swedish. You adapt quickly to new environments and build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You must be able to start your employment on a specified date. In your work, you have a clear student focus, see the competent student, are engaged in pedagogical development work, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You have good knowledge of the subjects you teach. With your drive and engagement, you inspire your students. You are clear, goal-oriented, and value good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. In your work, you are positive, engaged, have good teamwork skills, and are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. Personal suitability is highly valued.

About the employment

The employment is a temporary full-time position from August 5 to October 26.

About the workplace

Tolvåkerskolan F-6 is a smaller F-6 school located in central Löddeköpinge. The unit also includes Tolvåkerskolan Adapted Comprehensive School with a shared principal. We have close collaboration between the school forms. We work from the goal that all students should be inspired and challenged based on their prerequisites. They should feel the joy of success! We achieve this by creating well-being and developing each student into an independent and curious person with the opportunity to reach knowledge goals. On the school, we work together to create a strong sense of "we".
