Are you ready to take the next step in your career within corporate insurance and become a key player in a strong and expanding team? We are looking for an experienced advisor with deep knowledge of Corporate and Motor Insurance who wants to take full ownership of their customer relationships and drive business independently.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will work with both our existing and new customers, responsible for the entire customer journey – from advice and quotation to contract renewal and follow-up. You have the freedom to shape your work and a clear opportunity to influence the team's direction.

You will:

• Take independent responsibility for managing and developing existing customer relationships
• Drive new sales and onboarding of new customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored corporate insurance solutions
• Lead negotiations and manage contract renewals from start to finish
• Stay updated on the market and ensure the best possible advice

You act as the hub in the network – a secure and experienced voice for the customer and a support for colleagues in the team. You will also receive assistance with lead generation and business opportunities, as well as support in the ongoing management of your customers.

The position is based in Stockholm, but placement in Östergötland (Linköping/Norrköping) is also an option. The role also includes business travel as needed.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least five years of experience in sales within corporate insurance, either from an insurance company or preferably in an intermediary role
• Have good knowledge of corporate and motor insurance and experience driving complex customer processes
• Are a secure and trustworthy advisor with proven sales skills
• Are driven by high goals and creating real customer value
• Are communicative, unpretentious, and business-minded
