About Us

The purchasing organization has grown over the past few years and now consists of 20 employees divided into three main groups: Property Management, IT & Goods & Services, and Construction & Technical Consultants and Purchasing Control. In this recruitment, we are looking for a Purchaser to strengthen the Property Management, IT, Goods & Services group. This group currently consists of four purchasers, one of whom has team leader responsibilities. The group is characterized by drive, engagement, and a strong focus on development. Together with the business operations, we actively work on developing our purchasing processes. We are looking for someone with a forward-thinking attitude who wants to influence and contribute to a positive collaborative climate on our continued journey of development.

About the Role

In this role, you will primarily conduct procurement processes within Property Management in accordance with LOU (Public Procurement Act) and LUFS (Local Government Procurement Act). You will mainly support and collaborate with Specialfastigheter's Property Department.

You are responsible for ensuring that procurements are conducted in a business-like manner and lead to the desired results. The role also involves actively contributing to the development of our working methods and strengthening collaboration with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial analyses, develop procurement strategies, and create timelines.
• Lead the requirements definition process and draft/finalize procurement documentation.
• Evaluate suppliers.
• Negotiate and sign contracts, and ensure implementation and follow-up.
• Actively work with contract management.
• Drive and contribute to development work within purchasing.

About You

To be successful in this role, you have:

• An academic degree or equivalent in fields such as economics, purchasing, law, or real estate.
• Good experience with procurement according to LOU/LUFS.
• Experience with procurement according to AFF and contract follow-ups according to ABFF.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the market situation within property management.
• Experience with contracts within property management.

Experience with AB, ABT, ABK, and construction law is considered a merit.

Location

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a location in Linköping or Stockholm. The purchasing unit is currently based largely in Linköping and Stockholm, and our organization is geographically spread across the country, which involves some travel as part of the work.

Recruitment Process

We begin the selection process after the application period has ended. We will then contact relevant candidates to schedule interviews. Prior to a potential employment, we conduct a specific security assessment where we perform a security interview and review final judgments from Swedish courts. Before employment, we also conduct alcohol and drug testing through our occupational health service. Additionally, some of our customers require security clearance and subsequent register checks in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 Chapter 3).
