We are now looking for an assistant who wants to work in a wonderful team with a 27-year-old young woman in Gråbo. In your application, please state how much you are available to work. 👉 The position includes day and evening shifts, including night shifts with on-call duty. With a fixed schedule, you will have good advance notice and better opportunities to plan your daily life and know when you are working.

You will contribute to a safe and meaningful daily life for a young woman with extensive care needs. She communicates with the help of assistive devices and understands everything that is said, even though she does not speak herself. Therefore, good knowledge of Swedish is important to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and ensure that daily life runs smoothly.

The work requires commitment, responsibility, and stability, but at the same time offers the opportunity to truly make a difference in someone's life. As her assistant, you ensure that daily life flows smoothly, handle unexpected situations with calm and professionalism, and create a safe and meaningful existence.

• Have a natural caring ability and notice that little extra detail.
• Have experience in personal assistance or education as a nursing assistant – advantageous but not a requirement.
• Have a driver's license and your own car – advantageous, but there are good bus connections if you do not have a car.

• Stable and responsible – takes responsibility for daily life and handles different situations with calm and professionalism.
• Physically fit and flexible – can assist with transfers and practical tasks in a safe and secure manner.
• Communicative – experience or interest in alternative communication; good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Positive and warm – creates good relationships, has a sense of humor, and contributes to a pleasant work environment.
• Non-smoker – contributes to a healthy and pleasant work environment for everyone.

• 📅 Start date: Immediately.
• 📊 Employment level: 70-75% + on-call duty.
• ⏳ Contract: Introductory shifts and approximately two months of hourly employment before regular employment level is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well prepared for your new role.
• 🕒 Shifts: Day and evening shifts, night with on-call duty, and weekends.
