We are looking for a Teacher

At Realgymnasiet, you will have the opportunity to teach students who have chosen upper secondary programs based on their diverse interests. Our school offers the Electrical and Energy Program, the Natural Resource Program, and the Hairdressing and Styling Program.

As a teacher at Realgymnasiet, you create conditions for learning and guide students based on a given educational concept and the program's learning goals. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching. Furthermore, you continuously work on assessing goal fulfillment and, together with the mentor, communicate this to the student. You participate in subject group work, team work, and are expected to collaborate with colleagues. In close collaboration with your teaching, mentors and student health services are available at the school.

You will teach the subject of Mathematics.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, we look for the following:

• Teacher certification with eligibility to teach Mathematics.
• Previous experience in the role of a teacher in upper secondary education.
• Interest in a modern and inclusive teaching approach within Mathematics.
• Interest and experience in special education.
