Läroverket

Läroverket is a secondary school centrally located near the train station in Hudiksvall. The school has approximately 490 students and 70 staff members. What makes Läroverket unique is its very high proportion of qualified teachers and a staff group that experiences well-being and good collegial cooperation in their daily work. Fantastic students attend the school, and in recurring surveys, they report feeling a high degree of security and well-being.

Job Responsibilities

The assignment consists of teaching mathematics and/or technology in grades 7–9. It also includes mentorship, where you, together with a colleague, will serve as a mentor for a class.

As a teacher at Läroverket, you will be part of a work team consisting of teachers, support staff, and the student health team. Together, you will work to ensure that the students' education is characterized by security, responsibility, joy, and cooperation. You will also be part of a subject group where you work on subject development and collegial learning.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in mathematics and/or technology.

We teach children to read, count, and discover the world around them. Here, we follow our youngest residents from preschool until they graduate from upper secondary school. Through our adult education programs, one can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses, or pursue longer education. With joy, commitment, participation, and a scientific foundation, we aim to increase knowledge, creativity, development, and the desire to learn.
