Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher with qualifications in English for middle school (grades 4–6), as well as Swedish as a second language (grades 1–6). You are expected to have good subject knowledge, but also to be skilled in capturing students' interest through your leadership.

To thrive with us, you need to have a positive view of students, be flexible, and be good at building good relationships. You have a coaching approach with the ability to create a learning environment where every student develops as much as possible. You create and build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, which provides a safe and permissive environment.

Digital skills are of high quality among both students and adults. We work actively with Google tools, just like other schools in the municipality, so it is an advantage if you possess good knowledge of using digital tools in your teaching.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who are a certified teacher.

Merit qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching in primary school.
• You have shown a particularly good ability to improve students' academic results and have a strong interest in developing teaching.
• Previous experience teaching students in need of special support.
• Good knowledge of inclusion and accessible learning environments.
• Documented good experience working with students with NPD (neurodevelopmental disorders).
